Kelley Conley is an energy engineer and consultant with 22 years of experience in the energy industry, including on-site verification, and engineering analysis of energy efficient measures. Her focus is on program evaluation, measure, and verification and related energy studies. Her expertise include baseline studies, gross impact evaluation, and measurement and verification plan development with capabilities that span installation and commissioning of metering equipment, on-site data collection and management, billing data analysis, quality control of on-site verification and conducting net-to-gross interviews. Her experience spans the commercial, agricultural, and industrial sector projects and residential programs. 

Ms. Conley has a B.S. in Environmental Sciences from San Diego State University.
Kelley lives in San Diego with her two cats. She has five grown children with the youngest still in college in Los Angeles. In her free time, she enjoys socializing with friends and family, movies, spending time at the beach, and hiking.
